In this guide you will learn how to create device filters in Leanheat® Monitor.
To create a new device filter go to the Devices tab and click the plus icon to the right of the device search bar.
Enter a Filter name, then set the criteria under Advanced settings. You can filter on:
- Device name
- Device location
- Serial number
- Device tags - the tags set on the Details tab of a device
- Type - the kind of device: ECL 296/310, ECL 120/220, OPR, MODBUS or METER
- Connection - how the device reaches Leanheat® Monitor: ECL, OPC, MODBUS/TCP, MODBUS/RTU, SP, M-bus, Wireless M-bus or MQTT
- Status - Alarm, Offline or Connected
- Schedules - devices that follow Daily schedules or Holiday schedules. Shown when areas are enabled for your tenant.
- Features - devices enrolled in Smart Weather Compensation. Shown when SWC is enabled for your tenant.
A filter can combine several criteria at once. To finish, click Add new filter in the top right of the filter creation menu.
To edit an existing filter, select it and click Show advanced settings in the top right corner of the screen. When you are done, click
- Save to update the filter you opened
- Save as new to keep the original and create a second filter from it
