In this guide you will learn what an Additional Service is, who can order one, and how to get one added to your tenant.
What an Additional Service is
Most of what Leanheat® Monitor can do is decided by your plan. A tenant runs on either the Free plan or the Professional plan, and the plan settles which features are available to everyone in that tenant.
An Additional Service sits outside that. It is a feature that is not included in a plan by default, and that is ordered separately on top of it. You can order one Additional Service, or several, so a tenant ends up with the combination it actually needs instead of a fixed package.
Who can order one
Additional Services can only be added to a tenant on the Professional plan.
A tenant on the Free plan cannot hold an Additional Service at all. If you are on the Free plan and you need one of the features below, moving to the Professional plan comes first, and the Additional Service is ordered after that. Which features are Additional Services
These features are ordered separately:
- Areas (image view), showing the devices of an area layer on an uploaded drawing instead of in a list.
- Custom flow diagram, which adds the option to customize how the flow diagram is visualized in Leanheat® Monitor.
- API, which allows third party systems to connect to the Leanheat® Monitor data from your own system.
- Smart weather compensation (SWC), which uses the weather forecast to fine tune the flow temperature of your ECL controllers.
- Intelligent pump control, which controls the circulation pumps from the critical point in the network.
- Curve data relay, which relays data from one device to another based on a pre-defined curve.
- Step commissioning, which runs step response tests to show how a circuit is tuned.
Features that are part of a plan rather than ordered separately are listed on the plans screen in Leanheat® Monitor. Open the user menu and choose Check plans to compare the two plans side by side. Anything marked there as orderable separately is an Additional Service.

Additional Services are not ordered from inside Leanheat® Monitor. Contact your local Danfoss representative.
