In this guide you will learn how to view device and user activity in Leanheat® Monitor.
The activity log tracks actions taken inside Leanheat® Monitor. It records far more than device settings: alarm rules, reports and report schedules, areas, dashboards, shared schedules, users and guest invitations, API keys, data points, data relays, custom diagrams, configurable inputs and their adjustments, virtual measurements, meter replacements, M-bus meters, reminders, commissioning report generation and uploaded files. Signing in is recorded as well.
To view device specific activity navigate to the "Devices" tab and select a device, then open the "Activity" tab. To check the activity log for the whole tenant navigate to the "Admin" tab and click "Activity" below the top navigation bar. Here you can see activities across all devices.
Each entry shows the "Timestamp", the "Entity" that was touched, the "Operation" performed, the "Actor" who did it and a "Description" of the change.
You can narrow the list with four filters, "Entity", "Operation", "Actor" and "Timestamp", and reset them with "Clear filters".
The activity log cannot be altered by anyone.
